manija MOVIMIENTO CONTINUO

Explicación manija movimiento continuo.

La propuesta nace de la reflexión que se realizó al entender la manija como un elemento funcional de gran fluidez al ser utilizado y de manera simultanea como un objeto cargado de connotaciones simbólicas, ya que existe para proteger la privacidad y brindar seguridad.  Al unir estos dos componentes surge el concepto resguardo continuo como base para el desarrollo de la propuesta.

La manija MC (movimiento continuo) está inspirada en la conformación morfológica que se obtiene al retorcer una lámina metálica. Con este esfuerzo mecánico se transforma el material hasta que toma la forma de un movimiento continuo.

Al seguir estos elementos conceptuales, se obtuvo el diseño de un objeto esbelto, ligero y sencillo. La manija parte de un centro y va alargándose hacia la derecha. A medida que se aleja del centro, comienza a realizar un movimiento de torción sobre su propio eje, generando un movimiento en el material para recibir la mano de quien desee accionarla. La manija MC es la materialización más concreta de la fluidez, es un objeto que busca hacer eterna la sensación de movimiento.

Handle CM (Continuous Movement )

The proposal comes from  the thinking to understand the handle as a functional element of great fluidity an simultaneously, as an object with symbolic connotations, which exists to protect privacy and provide security. By linking these two components comes the continuous shelter concept as the basis for proposal development.

The handle CM (Continuous Movement), is inspired by the morphological conformation obtained by twisting a metal blade. This mechanical stress, transforms the material until it takes the shape off a continuous movement.

By following these conceptual elements, we obtained the design of a slender, lightweight and simple object. The handle starts in a center and extends to the right. As it moves away from the center, begins to make a movement of torsion on its axis, generating a movement in the material to receive the hand of anyone who wants used it. The handle MC is the most concrete realization of the fluidity, is an object  trying to make eternal the sensation off movement.
